Offered as 6-month or 9-month packages.

• You realize that even though you understand how to run your business or that things in your business are okay, there are still unsettling emotions and sensations in your body that cause stress in your business. There may even be real stressors in your business, and you want to be able to learn how to face them in an empowered way. 

• You want to learn how to understand and reduce the stress to actually enjoy and be present with the business you have created. You're ready to tap into your body's wisdom to steward (i.e. lovingly manage) your energy, heal, and create success in your business on your terms to feel at-peace.  

• 1:1 coaching sessions will include somatic processing (i.e. Brainspotting, Somatic Focusing, and Polyvagal Theory, etc.), shifting current unhelpful ways of thinking using cognitive tools, re-assessing habits and environment to create more rest & replenishment, and other approaches.
  

• My approach is especially effective if you've done the affirmations, mindset shifts, really anything in your conscious (i.e. intellectual) brain power to overcome your blocks but you still feel blocked and overwhelmed in your business.
